How to read shunt current with a PLC?

Hello Friends

We have a machine that magnetizes the part, to read the current it uses a digital panel meter but you only can see the current in this display.

This Panel Meter is obsolete and needs to be replaced, also, the Plant would like to read this current in the PLC (S7-1500).

How can I do that. Is there a way to send this shunt current to the PLC?

Do you know some panel meter to replace this one?
