I am new in this forum, I will appreciate your help, I am an electrical engineer, currently I work with a tool called IEC TEST PROTOCOL 870 5 101, it is a freeware protocol analyzer, fortunately I didn't found his help or user manual.
Secondly, is there an other freeware protocol tester tool for 870 5-101/104/103 and dnp?
