Dear Sir,
I Installed the Simatic manager S7 V5.6 SP2 on an operating system Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bits
I used the following driver to connect with the PLC online:
TS adapter MPI/RS232 V5.2 " 6ES7972-0CA34-0XA0"
I installed TeleService Software V6.1 (successfully installed)
My laptop has a serial port COM1 and this is O.K in the device manager.
I can`t able to select the COM1 port as in the attached photo.
What is the reason of this problem and how to solve it?
